Eternal Learn provides 1-on-1 online tutoring services in English, Mathematics, and Science across multiple curricula (including NAPLAN, HSC, VCE, NCEA, IB, and IGCSE). Our services are delivered via online video conferencing tools by qualified tutors.

3. Enrollment and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in the respective currency of your selected region and are subject to change.
• Billing: Payments for tutoring plans must be made in full before the commencement of the sessions unless a specific installment plan is agreed upon. We use secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal) to process transactions.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a tutor, we will arrange a replacement tutor or offer a partial refund for unused sessions in accordance with our refund policy.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our services, students and parents agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
• Ensure the student is on time for scheduled sessions. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Maintain a respectful and appropriate environment during online tutoring sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of harassment or inappropriate behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, resources, worksheets, and content provided during the tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of Eternal Learn or its licensors. You may not distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality tutoring, Eternal Learn does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
